management have determined a quality policy that:

Is
appropriate to the purpose of the organisation.
- Includes
a commitment to meeting all customer and legislative requirements
and to continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Provide
a framework for the establishment and review of Quality Objectives.
- Is
communicated and understood at all levels within the organisation.
- Is
reviewed for continuing suitability and effectiveness.
The
resulting Quality Policy is as follows:

Group is proud of its reputation for quality and is fully committed
to the provision of the highest standards of customer services
and the need for continuous improvement in the provision of our
products and services.
Through
the ongoing development of our people and the implementation of
effective systems and operational procedures we shall ensure that
the needs and expectations of our customers, suppliers and other
interested parties are fully satisfied.
We
shall ensure that this policy is communicated and understood at
all levels within our organisation and that the resulting Quality
Management System including this Policy and supporting Quality
Objectives will be regularly reviewed to ensure its continuing
suitability and effectiveness.
In
order to verify our ongoing commitment to quality and continuous
improvement we shall develop, implement and maintain a Quality
Management System to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
and all relevant statutory and legislative requirements.
