Integrated Management System
The Jameson Group has introduced an integrated management system to ensure that continuous improvement is evident throughout the key areas of our organisation, including quality, people, health and safety and the environment.

Quality
The Jameson Group first achieved ISO 9002 11 years ago in 1994. We have successfully achieved the new quality standard ISO 9001:2000
People
The Jameson Group is totally committed to advancement through investment in our workforce. We have implemented many of the principles of the prestigious Investors in People award, and hope to have met all the criteria by winter 2005.

Health & Safety
The Jameson Group has an excellent health and safety record, and we have introduced an internal scheme to ensure continuous health and safety improvement. We are currently working towards achieving the new Safe-T-Cert certificate. We aim to have this in place by summer 2005.

Environment
We are currently working with a Management Consultant to gain the environmental standard BS 8555. Due to our great success and commitment to continuously comply and enhance how we care for the environment we have been selected for a fast track programme and hope to have achieved formal recognition before autumn 2005.

To differentiate ourselves from our competitors we have placed much emphasis on customer focus and continuous improvement, we are always looking for new and innovative processes to add value in regards to quality, price and delivery. To achieve our goals we are striving to achieve a culture of continuous improvement throughout the whole organisation.
