Refurbishments
Jameson Building Services has now been in business for 20 years, and during that timehas been a primary provider of refurbishment services for major clients within the commercial, industrial, public and private sectors in N.I.

Our broad experience includes working to exacting specification and standards within all fields, including historically important buildings, and this has refined the skills and services, which we can make available to prospective clients.
The majority of our services are now available within our own company providing a "One Stop Shop", including a major joinery and metal/steel workshop.

Major refurbishment works have been carried out to Armagh Courthouse and Downpatrick Courthouse, which was included within the government sponsored drive for innovation and change within the industry (M41 - Movement for Innovation). Other examples include Muckamore Abbey Hospital swimming pool, Church of Latter Day Saints and Craigavon Borough Council Properties including Waves and Cascades Leisure Centres, all a very public testament to our capabilities with refurbishment works.


Maintenance
Jameson Building Services Ltd. has over 20 years experience in managing and carrying out a wide range of maintenance contracts in occupied buildings throughout the whole of Northern Ireland. We have experience in carrying out maintenance contracts up to the value of £2,600,000 per annum
We have worked in a diverse range of public buildings and private homes. We were also the preferred contractor for a number of domestic insurance providers in Northern Ireland.


Disability Discrimination Reports
Jameson Building Services is in a unique position within this field. It can now offer a one stop shop providing a full accessibility audit, programme of works and cost analysis, designed to suit each building taking into account its use and its users.

From the 1st October 2004: employers/service providers are called upon to make 'reasonable' adjustments in relation to the physical features of their premises.
We can provide a complete service from initial survey and report and execution works.


Facilities Management
Facilities Management can be described as the timely and accurate delivery of services, especially preventive and predictive maintenance, to create the optimum working environment for staff.

Jameson Building Services, with its broad experience within the construction industry generally and refurbishment and maintenance works in particular can provide prospective clients with as much or as little of their maintenance requirements as they choose.
